• For Scoop Boxes: Yes! All items are randomly selected as part of the fun. You can leave a note with your preferred styles or colors. We’ll try to match them if possible!

• For Custom Gift Boxes: The items are selected by you and packaged accordingly.

Are the items brand new?

Yes, absolutely. Every product is brand new, inspected, and packaged with care before shipment. We never reuse or resell returned items.
