Can I return or exchange my order? 

In the event that you change your mind you can cancel your order BEFORE shipment by sending an email to ScoopMeGifts.orders@gmail.com 

Note: Once shipped, all sales are final due to the blind box nature.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged? 

Please take clear photos of the damaged items and contact our support team via email within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund for the damaged item.
